Delete your Charaliva account

Choose the path that works for you. You can delete your account in the Android app, or send a verified request without reinstalling Charaliva.

Using the Android app?

In Charaliva, go to Profile → Account → Danger Zone, then select Delete account and confirm.

Can't access the app?

Email us from the address associated with your account. We'll reply to verify ownership.

What happens to your data

We delete or de-identify account-linked data covered by your request, subject to limited retention described in our Privacy Policy.

Deleted or de-identified

  • Account, profile, and preferences
  • Private chats and account-linked content covered by the request
  • Uploaded media and other account-linked data covered by our deletion process

Limited records we may retain

  • Legal, tax, and accounting records
  • Security and fraud-prevention records
  • Information needed for disputes or regulatory obligations
